Cancelling your order
We understand that sometimes an order may need to be cancelled after you have ordered from us. You can cancel your order immediately after placing it and up to 24hours after. Unfortunately any orders placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours and are subject to our returns and exchanges policy

Items exempt from returning
Riding Hats
Due to being an important piece of safety equipment we cannot take any responsibility for happens to the item when it leaves us. We expect you to have already been fitted by a qualified fitter and know your size. Due to this all riding hats are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Body Protectors
We expect you to have already been fitted by a qualified fitter and know your size. Due to this all riding hats are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Any custom made products cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns & Exchanges policy
We are happy to accept any returns and refunds that meet the following criteria:
- The item is in new condition unused and undamaged, alongside its original packaging and any labels still attached.
- Please do not apply postal stickers directly on to the product packaging. E.g, footwear boxes, rug bags etc.
- The item is returned to us within 28 days from receiving the order
- A completed returns form is enclosed
Any item being returned that does not fulfil the criteria above will be exempt from a refund and be returned to you, where we will charge you the cost of the postage.
Please send all Returns to: Country Store, Bedfordshire Growers LTD, Potton Road, Biggleswade, SG18 0ER. It is essential that you include:
- Your Original Order Number,
- Your Name and Contact Phone Number,
- completed returns form specifying if you would like a refund or exchange
We strongly advise customers to obtain proof of purchase, as in the extremely unlikely event of the item(s) not reaching us, this would be required in order for you to claim compensation. RETURN COSTS WILL BE COVERED BY THE BUYER.
If you’re returning an item to us that’s damaged, faulty or not the correct item then we will refund the cost of your return postage up to the value of £4.95. If your faulty item is likely to cost more than this to return then please call us o 01767 319215 so we can make arrangements to collect the item from you.
If a return is received by us after 28 days of you receiving your order a refund cannot be issued.
Once we’ve established that the Return meets the conditions above we will issue a refund to the original form of payment if you have requested a refund and not an exchange on your returns form. All refunds will be the price you purchased the item at including sale items.
We process refunds and exchanges in the order they’re received. As such, we aim to issue refunds within 14 working days of us receiving them.
Missing or Damaged items on delivery
Any issues about your delivery including missing items or damaged items must be declared to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us on 01767 319215 if you experience any issues.
Where is my Delivery?
If your order has not arrived by the time you expect it to, please log into your account and view the order. If your order states dispatched, please allow the time frame specified on the checkout page to be delivered. If you believe your order should have been delivered and it hasn't please contact us on 01767 319215 with your order details.
